Pet Grooming Gloves – Shedding & Bathing Mitt for Dogs, Cats, Horses & Other Animals with Both Long and Short Fur

I have two German shepherds one is a long-haired German Shepherd and I have a Gerberian Shepsky with a thick coat. I use the gloves for daily brushing as well for shampooing and conditioning my pets. These are an absolute lifesaver now if they could just attach a water hose to them, it would be perfect. Also, they are true to size. I have somewhat large hands and normally wear an extra large glove, and these still fit perfectly.

My husband totally did not believe our 8 month old kitten would like being “petted” with these gloves or that they would really remove any hair. We have a point Lynx Siamese cat that is short haired. These gloves were amazing!! After just a few times petting him, he loved it and purred. He did grab my hand and pull it to him to smell the gloves (I should have washed them first), but that’s all he did and then just went back to purring. No worries about cleaning - either bang them against each other outside and let the hair float away for the birds to make nests out of or a damp paper towel works or rinsing them In the laundry room sink where the lint catcher catches all the hair and easy peasey to remove.

I got this because my cat got a UTI and she needs a bath but her fur near her bottom is all messed up from the accidents she had while recovering she is better now so I got get that shampo into her fur and work it around to get all that nasty out. Well I tested it today gentle cat shampoo isn't hear yet, and my roommates cats and my cat all approve this purchase lol. I saw one person say its too stiff for cats, BS all 4 cats I used it on loved it, just because they are cats don't mean they are delicate, they love a good stiff brush in my house, and this glove has made me stupid popular now with roommates cats lol

I had originally bought this to groom, (which he is still young and not taking to liking the brushing yet) It did amazing on my short haired cats! All three of them LOVED IT and couldn't get enough of being groomed! They were fighting over who went next! So much so I couldn't believe how much hair I continued to get off of them. 2 of my ginger cats actually looked lighter in color after one go around with them. With my long haired cat I have no doubt I am going to get much hair off of him but I can tell it is going to take a much longer process to remove it from him. One because he shy's away from any brushing and because his long hair is so silky, it's going to take more brushing to get down under the long hair Hands down this is the best grooming tool I have ever used on them!

If you are a dog owner that owns a dog that sheds a lot these are perfect. The quality is fantastic., I must be honest the price I felt may be a little high, but once I received these in the mail and used them for the first time, the price is definitely worth it. When it comes to cleaning these gloves, I thought maybe it would be a pain in the butt and actuality when they need cleaned the hair essentially just falls off or you can simply just clap your hands I’m an owner of a Rottweiler who sheds like crazy my family brushes him quite often and these gloves are just what I was looking for You will not regret your purchase
