 You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that opened treats, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
